THE MINISTRY
Purity's first appearances, included the Martin Luther King, Jr. Celebration in Little Rock, Arkansas; Bobby Jones Gospel; in concert with Luther Barnes and the Red Bud Gospel Choir; and many other concerts and services.

The group has toured across the country appearing in concert halls, churches, college campuses with such great gospel artists as The Mississippi Mass Choir, The Dixie Hummimgbirds, The Winans, Vicki Winans, the late Rev. James Moore, the late Olanda Draper, John P. Kee, Fred Hammond & Radical for Christ, Shirley Caeser, Kirk Franklin; and many others.

Purity signed their first recording contract with Pepperco Records in 1993. They released their first project,"He'll Be There For You", at the Gospel Music Workshop of America in Atlanta in 1994. Now on the Pure Gold Music Group label, their new project, "Perseverance", released in September 2001, will surely make them a group to be sought after.

The members of the group include, Tanner Gary, II, Dwayne Lindsey, Darius Nelson and Stephen Robinson. Their manager is Sonny "POP" Kelly.
